Because Jay draws his own floor plans, you save money. Thousands of dollars actually.

You can choose from over 100 plans he has already created, or he can take your wish list and draw a unique house plan that fits your wants and needs, while blending functionality with aesthetic appeal.

Calling on his mortgage lending background, Jay can estimate how much your monthly payment may increase if you want to add to your floor plan. If there’s something you want, talk with him about what that means to your budget. It may be less expensive than you imagine it to be.

With more than 30 years of realty experience, Jay understands the housing market. Throughout the process, Jay will provide you with his professional opinion in terms of what will protect and increase the future resale value of your custom-built home.


Jill, Jay’s project manager, will work with you on the choices that make your home look beautiful and reflect who you are. Jay can also connect you with licensed interior designers to help with the details of your home environment, from paint colors to complete design, if you wish.

  • Jay will create a “dream” floor plan, figure up the cost, then together, you will see what fits into your budget.
  • With a signed contract, Jill, the project manager, will contact the partners for cabinetry, flooring, and the other items that turn the house into your home.
